Customer Support says I should ask a community moderator to fix this...

So, one of my characters used the anniversary reward to unlock the "Hold Torch" emote, but unlike all the other emotes, it only unlocked on that character. Of course, what did unlock across the account is that "Hold Torch" is no longer unlockable via the anniversary reward box... like other emotes from the box, once unlocked it is no longer available to select. Now, silly me, this seemed like a customer support issue, something that would have to be tweaked behind the scenes, or at least through a GM interface, but Customer Support says I should contact a community moderator on the forums about it. I guess you folks have some pretty magical forum tools if you can fix in game issues like that.

They have been trying to fix it...and it was working for me. But sounds like it may have broken, again. ???? I am not even sure if they ever got it to work for people who opened the box already and can not collect a second time.
Watch the weekly patch notes and see if another fix comes through those.
