    Having the log in issue as well, getting other fleet mates saying the same on out team speak as well. Some having issues getting into the arc website as well.

    It has only been 7 minutes since they announced they are investigating. Have a bit of faith. They are doing everything they can do in the quickest time.

    "Star Trek Online on PC will have maintenance this morning (Feb 6) from 8:40am to 11:40am PT, to correct the issues with logging in. We'll keep you updated."

    Despite the maintenance to supposedly 'fix' the issue, I'm still unable to log in.

    The issue is back, tried to log back into the game and now I get the server has timed out message. What exactly is going on here with the Cryptic server? Are there any answers in regards to what is causing this? I live in the State of New York - Upstate.

    Yup, been trying to get in for the last 30 minutes or so and keep getting the "Connection to the account server timed out" message.

    I was wanting to get my anniversary ship today and maybe even play a little bit, but I suppose that's not going to happen now. :(

    got log in then click on log out instead of change character. back to square one again.

    And yet again... Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out.
    SO restart steam and start STO then this message appears ( Unable to connect to account server (3) )
    What is happening....
