Klingon Starer pack bug?

My Klingon and KDF Rom cant claim the klingon starter pack, I was able to buy it fine, but I keep getting a message saying "unable to claim (unknown reasons) please try again later" this has been for ....3? days now.

anyone else have this problem?

    nope, none of the items, officer or the ship.

    umm check to see if the toon that bought the pack, might of already gotten the perks. is the T1 ship unlocked?

    I dont think the pack can be reclaimed... only the T1 is unlocked. Could be that all other items are already delivered to the character that bought the starter pack.

    What level are they, and have they completed the tutorial?

    both are max lvl, done every story arc ...... i dont think there is anything besides accolades left to get

    I had A similar problem, although i received everything except the t1 ship unlock, managed to get the rom one ok without any problems on another char though.

    I did an ingame ticket for at the time as well.

    The starter packs are not an account unlock. Except for the ship, the items are claimed on the character who bought it.

    Also you can only buy it once per account, which it states at the bottom of the pack description.

    Also the packs are faction specific, Klingon for Klingon, romulan for romulan, etc.

    I know only the ship is account unlock that is the only thing for me that didnt unlock at least for the klingon one all the stuff including the ship worked ok for the rom one, but i think for the person that started the discussion he didnt get anything.

    If anyone else experiences this there is now a bug report for it, you should also do a ticket.
