Where is Damar Kane @ Earth Spacedock??? I have looked everywhere, cannot find him and there is no directional arrow pointing towards where he might be.

    you dont need to find him anymore... I think he just auto hails you and you "beam" him aboard and you go to SB39.

    You use to go to the starbase near Celeste? Sector Block (near the exploration cluster).
