Did they roll back the hair and skin textures and call it a fix?

The hair and skin textures just look like they did before their update. Not seeing any change now, did they just roll it back and call it a fix? Im curious if im just missing something.

    A rollback and a fix are two different things.

    There was an issue with the new textures and the effect lighting was having on them. They did say they were going to roll back this change so they could fix the issue.

    I honestly do not see much difference, I thought the hair was supposed to look more realistic but the balding hair model i use on my captain looks gray when both color slots are pure white, which is a disapointment, I thought they were going to add an alpha channel to the hair models, for those of you who do not know what that term means, an alpha channel makes the edges of the hair transparent giving the hair a more faded in look looking more realistic.

    I also thought they said something about a new graphics setting in the graphics panel, maybe I did not select it, idk I'll have to find the announcement again look at the name of it to find it, maybe the problem.

    Oh they rolled it back?

    That explains it then.
