Could we please have T6 versions of D'Kyr, and a T6 Caitian Carrier and Ferasa ships

Most races has been given new ships or had old ships updated - but while its cool to see a new Vulcan ship, the original still needs work.. D'Kyr.. u dont see anyone fly them.. ever.. and compared to similar ships in equal Tier, and those above, there really arent any reason too..

Similar - Caitian are - according to the ship info - the lead carrier builders in the federation, yet no T6 Caitian carrier exist..

No T6 Kar'fi either. But still, before all of this, I want to see Romulans get a fair shake again. A certain someone on the forum w/ an obscenely high post count claimed once that Romulans wouldn't be skipped in multiple zen store ship releases, yet it kept happening.

I want to see Romulans get a T6 Ha'feh and T6 Ha'nom to join the big Ha'apax/Kara finally. Or get themselves a carrier besides the lockbox taco. Hell, Cryptic had a great opportunity to add the Ha'feh with the latest destroyer pack that had come out.

And there are NO Ferasa ships, dispete many other races has atleast 1.. Ferasa/Caitian seem overall ignored.. both ship wise, and in the arc's.. - but u can make a character.. - please back up both races similar to that done for Gorn/Orion, Andorian, etc..

Actually there are T6 Escorts for Caitans and Farasans, so we can not say that they are completly ignored shipwise…

I'd like to point out that there are the T6 Allied Escort ships, which, while not the Atrox and an equivalent KDF cat carrier, DO provide tier 6 representation of Caitians (Shikaris class) and Ferasans (Slithus class).

There is a Ferasan Escort in the Allied Escort Bundle. Together with a Caitian Escort and a Reman Escort.

I´m flying a D'kyr. And I would like to see a T6 Version of it.
On the other hand: I don´t really notice that much of a difference. Sure I miss 1 Skill (or I have 1 skill less compared to other T6 Sci). I have plenty of Shields, ~300 Ctrl and ~330 EPG and a bit of Drain. Nothing to worry about to be honest.

I will wait and see how big the Event Vulcan Ship is. If its not too tiny, I´ll probably go with that.

I would also like to see some Klingon T6 Versions of some ships (Carrier, Ning'tao, Corsair Flightdeckcruiser. Together with a T6 Rommie Ha'nom) Or a real Jemmie Sci.

The Vo'Quv dispete only beeing a T4 - is brilliant.. great fun.. and can handle anything the T6 can, but yeah.. it should have a T6 variant, and creators should modify the existing T4 "size wise".. its supposed to be a huge carrier - yet most ships are equal size or bigger..

I agree - Romulan definetly need a Carrier.. and Klingon also need a T6 Carrier..

I really wonder if a Tier 6 Vo'Quv is something that Cryptic has entertained in any way. The original Vo'Quv is such a low-quality model, that it's hard to add another variant that would make sense mixing with the old parts. And it really needs to be larger,
too. And of course, it's also Klingon, so the target audience is small anyway.

It's Tier 5, not Tier 4.

I would personally love to see them introduce DRONES into the game as a staple class. Most other Star Trek games (both board games and computer) had races who's preferred weapon was drones. Specifically the Kzinti (brought in as Caitans and Farasans in STO) or the Lyrans, or the Hydrans. I KNOW those races are blocked, but we DO have one Rom ship and The Kelvin dreadnought that have a drone now. Currently they are hanger pets, which is fine. Gimme a Drone Carrier in STO. In all the other game formats, a dreadnought for example would sacrifice quite a few weapons for extra drone spaces. So how about a Caitan dreadnought with 2 forward weapons and 2 rear, and Idk, 6 or 8 hanger slots for drones? or 1/2 space if using fighters. So 3 or 4 hanger slots for fighters. So you COULD have 8 drones, or 4 drones and 1 frigate slot, or 4 drones and 2 fighter slots.

Just saying, I would LOVE to see Caitans get the carrier love as an ACTUAL carrier. Not, oh even though a lot of cruisers and command vessels have one carrier bay (same as an escort carrier class) our CARRIERS get.....two. AND sacrifice weapons.

AND give drones some love. There should be different classes of drones available too. Larger ones do more damage, have more hit points to destroy, and fire slowly and move slowly. Smaller ones do less damage but fire faster and move faster. And in previous games you could even have ECM/ECCM drones that did no damage but could mask other drones. And packing a shuttle with drones and firing that off, so once in target range it dropped 6 drones right on top of the target.

Just dreaming. That would be a perfect T6 Caitan ship for me. Use it to introduce a new class of ship: Drone Carrier. 2/2 weapons loadout and MASSIVE hanger/drone capability.
