Request: Update Propagation System

I have a desktop and a laptop with Star Trek Online installed. When I go to update I have to do it twice. Sometimes it's really large (in the gigabyte range) and it would be nice if it could just download once over the internet and propagate the update to my laptop.

It seems like a small thing, but it might save a lot of bandwidth usage, both short and long term.
