The T'Pau Scout Ship: But does it play "Heart & Soul" when you fly it?

80s nostalgia aside, if the T'Pau doesn't have a "heart and soul" console then is it really worth it?

    Oh...I remember this song. :)

I was in the Army, back then. Dang, I was a kid. LOL!

Only if it is the Huey Lewis song about the neighborhood's insatiable lady friend.

When that song got popular with the DJ's the TOS Star Trek films were steady and popular. The character, T'Pau, got quite a bit of recognition at the time.

T'Pau is the name of a 80s pop group who is famous for one song, "Heart and Soul" which was unique in that it had competing vocals.

I'm old, so I've been hearing that song since it was first on the radio. It's a fun pop song and I've always liked how the vocalist sang in 3? different styles and then they layered them together.

China in your hand was the song that really got them air time, in the UK at least.

Heart and Soul was the only song of theirs that hit the charts in the US significantly. They are considered a one-hit wonder in the US

In Germany they also had a more major hit with "China In Your Hand", but "Heart And Soul" was quite well known, too. I always preferred the latter. But I still like both their first two albums ("Bridge of Spies" including both mentioned songs, and "Rage" without a hit, at least in Germany)

I think Carol Decker (the singer) is still touring under this name.

They were last year last I heard. Great vocals.
