i bought some jacket clothing from the winter wonderland but am unable to find it when i go to the tailor any ideas ?.

    It usually ends up in your inventory boxed, you need to click on it to unlock the item on that character. Then it's available somewhere in the tailor under the advanced options.

    i unlocked it in the inventory, thought it was a bug at first so bought a different one seems they are easy to get did the same with that unlocked it etc but there is nothing in there which i found weird

    They should show up under Uniform and Jacket - Loose
