    Another Tac heavy Admiralty card. Deserves frowny faces. Would like a Sciency card to add to my deck from the event, one of these days.

    What is "Fire"???? Exotic damage?

    Fire will most likely be considered exotic.
    Also... we had an Engie for Summer, we're getting a Tac for Winter... that means we may be getting a science for the Anniversary.

    Hmmm, a little bit light on Science consoles for my current alt, but she just might be able to work around that with the right combination of consoles ...

    The one thing that really, REALLY makes my left eye twitch is ... "fire" damage ... in space?!?!?!? yep, there goes my left eye again. That would definetly raise Spock's eyebrow the highest it's ever gone.

    Well, that's Star Trek, fire in space is nothing new, along with sound, FTL engines and explosive decompression.

    Plus, continuous fire can happen in space as long as you can provide a lot of special gas to ignite. It's just horribly impractical and wasteful and wouldn't last long as a result.

    I hope so, I like science best but am getting tired of running without the secondary deflector and other science systems since do not have a viable endgame ship for that and buying one with cash is out of the question.

    The ship does look nice though (and has some interesting quirks), and with the vanity shield pasteup I know what shields to go for before the event to tweak the look for each captain's style.

    Not bad, given it's a free ship. And I like how you included the how the different shields look on the ship. Hope that's something you do for all future ships.

    I guess the stats are okay, I won't really use pilot though. Three sci and eng console slots seems meh, I would've liked it better with four sci and two eng console slots. I am disappointed in the lack of a experimental weapon slot, my phlogiston projector would've benefited from the fire damage passive.

    I really hope and wish that they make these account-unlockable, either via 6th Mastery Level like the JH C-Store ships, or as a Dil Shop Reclaimable.

    Event ships have been an account unlock for a while now, as long as you slot it during the event.

    The Tempest was also an escort with 4/4 weapons despite the fused tail gun.

    And considering the cool-down timer for the race is 20 hours (rather than 24), it's possible to shave the time down a little bit. There was only one year I was able to do that, considering that it's hard to schedule that if you're being pulled in different directions during the Holiday season....

    Then again, using Lobi Crystals to purchase vouchers really helps out.

    Also, "It'll be a hot time in the old Space Dock tonight!"
