Terran Torpedo - Torpedo Spread not benefiting from the Extra%dmg to hull based on the remaining HP?

  Answer to both: It's supposed to work that way. Are you not seeing TSx apply extra damage to targets under 50% hull?

  I knew using Kinetics would be playing the game on hard mode, but what I didn't realize was how bad the deck is stacked against Kinetics.
