[Fixed] Delta Recruit: can't claim Paradox Corrector (all reqs met)

I've completed all objectives on my Delta Recruit, and the UI shows 39/40 objectives complete.

But I can't claim the Paradox Corrector. The item shows grayed out in the UI. Here's a screenshot:

I've sent a ticket as well. Please assist.

As of today's patch, I was able to claim the Paradox Corrector.
