Just bought a new ship, says goto shipyard to claim it

Just bought a new ship for my Fed Toon, I'm at Earth spacedock now, I still can't get my ship, what gives....
Yes i have an open space for another ship, I just drydocked 1 before I bought it.
Yes my inventory ius not full

    Which ship are you trying to buy?
    Did it go into your inventory as a box that needs double-clicked? (Quite a few of them do that nowadays.)
