in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
A few days ago we received a massive amount of expertise. I can use it for reputation and fleet holding projects but I cannot use it to teach my bridge officers new abilities on the ground or space. It says I have negative expertise.

    Hi Nep :)

    There was a similar thread to this on Reddit and as it is a per-toon problem (ie. not serverwide), the best is to submit a ticket explaining the details for them to fix your toon manually I guess.
