Europa-class C-Store Purchase Bug?

Anyone else having trouble purchasing this ship out of the store? I keep getting an error message, in multiple languages, that this item cannot be purchased.

    I just managed to buy it: Turns out I was being really stupid! I was at my maximum of ships, and the UEropa auto opens. Instead of saying "maximum of ships", the system told me "not purchaseable". Try decomissioning a ship and then buy the Europa. :D
