ya what is going on i cant log in to the game you need to fix it

    Same here! All my friends can’t get on but one. We been calling him over and texting him how he did it?
    He said it just worked and started downloading the rest of the game? I have been going back to support saying my password is wrong. WE All have reset the password, uninstalled the game, then on Arc in are profile is says we don’t have the game STO? Nothing is working? So this is why so many people give up! Arc has a Problem and Support tells me: {I understand you're not able to log in to Arc and I'd be more than glad to help you. It looks you are logging in using your nickname. For this case, please use your registered email address}? I never put in a Nick Name. Just ONE NAME?
