Has anyone else noticed and overlapping audio for Weyoun and Garaks' characters?

I noticed an over lap of dialog for both these characters as the old voice actors audio is still playing along with the new voice actors audio.
Most noticable in the Cardassian struggle arc.

I haven't noticed any with Garak yet, but if memory serves, I've only come across his new dialogue in the Gamma arc. However, I recently played through 'Operation Gamma' with a newer character, and chose to vaporize Farek and her ship (never cross a Romulan). Weyoun's VO in the following cutscene was definitely overlapped with the previous actor's voice. I played 'Facility 4028' with my Rommie as well, but aside from a few discrepancies between his VO and the subtitles, I didn't notice any overlapping audio.

That said, I've come to expect typos (see Beta Thoridar/Thoridor, satellite Ocypte/Ocypete), so a missing word on screen here and there doesn't surprise me. *shrug*
