600 day ship token & lvl 61 ship token used at same time

Hi,
If veteran account characters have not used their 600 day ship token before achieving level 61 both tokens will be spent when purchasing a single ship.
This is particularly a problem on Jem'Hadar characters who are likely to hit level 61 (especially with the veteran xp bonus) before getting the opportunity to use the veteran token
