Anyone else having server connection issues sinse 8/11/18 at 12am?

Just asking because I have not ever had these issues and cannot find anything online about server maintenance. Everything on my system is working, but last night at 12am server booted me. Today at 11:00 am can sign in and choose character but STO then disconnects with this message: 'Connection to server timed out. Please try again later. Press the Support button for additional help.' However additional help doesn't really help.

    I'm having issues logging in the Account Server. I was able to get in earlier, but there was an extreme amount of lag, enough to boot me out. Hope this gets resolved soon.

    Thanks for the reply. That at least lets me know I'm not alone. Just so you know, keep trying. I just this second got on. It's as if they are doing patches within the game load, not before engaging as normal.

    the same problem there its now 18:10 and still can't log in

    I also have problems logging in, launcher works very slow, login screen loads difficult, characters screen is hard to load, lag (rubber banding) that it is almost unplayable. This only happened after the last maintenance.

    I did notice also that after eventually getting logged on, at ESD exchange, nothing worked, no mail terminal, no bank, and no exchange.

    Indeed, everything works very slowly or not at all. I even got an afk penalty for it.

    I am having the same issue as this, came onto the forums to see if something was happening.
    This looks to be some weird issues going on; does anyone know if this is being looked into or been able to chat to someone official?

    Extremely laggy, when I manage to get in, I literally can't do anything. Even logging out has no effect.
    TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class.
    Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
    Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

    Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!

    I am also getting lag, rubber banding, delays in menu's etc on ps4

    It is not playable at the moment that I suffer so much from rubber banding, lost connections, snr, weapons that do not work. Almost everything that you click on does not work or is very slow.

    I do not know how to find anyone official to chat with, but I could not find anything posted on it. Another symptom is that only my boffs I was using last night for ground missions are being displayed. extra boffs stats are not loading.

    ok another note. After a while I got a notice that there was an issue and asked if I would like to do a safe login into a non-mission map. I chose yes, now I have mail, exchange a bank at esd.

    Hmm, I haven't played very much since I got my Summer ship, only logging in long enough to refine dilithium/convert to zen. No problems doing that, but I'll login and see if she can run something or not.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    it seems to be happening more since the game servers crashed out this morning.
    so Arc might need to do a reboot on the servers, once they have worked out why the servers crashed this morning.

      Things are loading faster now, but connection timed out 2 times since my last post.

      For EU players:
      Launcher -> Options (upper right) -> Set "Gameplay proxy" to "US" -> save , works for me

      I've been experiencing a bit of lag this morning, but so far no disconnects. At least not since the server went down last night. On a sarcastic note...I am SOOOO glad that all this extended server maintenance is REALLY paying off!

      for others, I changed my proxy from none to USA as suggested by cxeronockx above. seems to be stable now.

      might help pc but, no such options for console players though
