I cannot reclaim the lukari science vessel

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
Was the lukari science vessel an account unlock on ps4? Because I cant find it in the event reclaim store. I have it on 3 characters but I cant claim it on my recently created delta recruits or jem hadar.

    No, it was a one time giveaway for every toon past lvl 40 during this year's Anniversary in early spring.

    It can also be found in the Phoenix box (character bound, though).
