It was taken down in March. It's supposed to be replaced with an improved system at some point. No word on what that is yet, or when it will be back. It's still active on Xbox One.

It is temporarily down while they are “enhancing” the system

That's odd it takes that long? Wonder if they are pulling a Razer thing because people are getting too many free stuff.

The enhancement is them hoping everyone will forget about it. They just said they were going to enhance it to avoid the massive gripe fest that would have occurred if they had actually said they were doing away with it.
    LTS and loving it.

It's taken me more than a month and a half to two months to get zen from that system each time, I don't see how that's too much zen.
I stream on Twitch, look for Avoozl_

So if you guys are truly removing it tell us so i can delete all the games i dont wanna play anyway.

Don't say that if you want a feature to stay you push for it not go along with whatever a company does.

great idea in theory but most companies just do what they want regardless of what people say. its unfortunate however due to the results being loss of players but thats generally the choice chosen.
in less than 2 wks it will be 2 months since it came down, at that point all games will be deleted except star trek online.
to the moderators of this forum and arc:
ALL GAMES TODAY HAVE BEEN DELETED, as of now i no longer have a need to use arc to start star trek online and i wont. if you ever bring the arc quests back, i will not reload 12 games i dont even want to play just to get arc point credit. note, lack of adequit updates on the status of arc quests led to this hapening, again i know you likely dont care but you gve this to us for free points and now you took it away. thanks for nothing.

Arc Quests and Points have absolutely nothing to do with Cryptic. Shouting about it here will achieve nothing. It's Perfect World that control Arc.

Does "enhance" mean no one used it so they have to figure out how much to increase the payouts enough to bother? :D Cause when I first looked at it, it was totally underwhelming.
Sometimes I think I play STO just to have something to complain about on the forums.

Do you really think that the people at Perfect World care in the least that you deleted 12 games that you never actually played anyway ? Maybe, just maybe, if you actually played those 12 games, and also spent huge amounts of money playing those games, some bean counter at Perfect World might notice the little tiny blip in the numbers they are crunching, but even then it's doubtful. Contrary to what you seem to think, no one at Perfect World knows or even cares who you are or what you do with those 12 games.

It's guaranteed that the people here at the STO forums, who have absolutely nothing to do with ARC or any game other than STO couldn't care less, other than wishing you weren't ranting in the STO forums about something totally unrelated to STO.

    How did you lose zen?

because he didn't earn the 500 zen a month he would have if the quests were active

That isn't losing anything though. You need it to lose it.

Welp, guess I'll delete the Arc launcher. Been way too long waiting for the 'enhanced' point system for arc points. I'll just play through Valve/Steam. R.I.P. Arc.
