Photonic Captain, is there a way?

I am wanting to do a photonic captain and crew. Bridge officers are not an issue at all. I know there is no Photonic playable race in the game but is there a way via Personal shield, or set to get the flicker similiar to what happens with the BOFFs? Lobi, Latinium or whatever, doesn't matter.

    No, but then I think the flicker on Holo-BOFFs is no longer a thing anymore anyway. At least, I haven't seen any of mine flicker in quite some time.

    At drozana you can buy the holoemitters for your self to change your appearance But they only last an hour or so but it gives you that flicker or it used to anyway

    Holograms don't flicker in Star Trek.

    I went playing around on Nimbus, and Loriss, Sarish, and Kurland were all flickering.

    ^Well, that's good to know, but they are new. I just know that my TAC MACO, SCI Doctor, and ENG Delta Recruitment Holo-BOFFs don't seem to flicker these days.
