Yay? Well, this thread should be buried in a week.

The chances of encountering one of my toons in person (virtually speaking) are slim to none, so here are their biographies for the curious among us. The intensely curious, because you'd have to be pretty curious to want to know what kind of backstories starfarertheta wrote for one of his toons. Biographies are hiding under the spoilers.

Detailed information on this captain is unavailable.

Hmm...

That message suggests that this captain lives a life of secrecy and danger; a life of unsung adventures. Disappointingly, this is not the case. Thras Ansgar was never destined to be a *great* captain, just *a* captain.

The most noteworthy highlights of his Starfleet career so far is his participation in several successful and not-so-successful operations during the Iconian War. There is also the Ushaan match wherein Ansgar earned command of the U.S.S. Hoplon, an experimental Sovereign Class starship.

How the Hoplon is experimental is not explicitly stated in any official record as is its registry. Stranger still is that the Ushaan match is required to earn command of the vessel (this tidbit can be found in official records).

Perhaps this captain's unavailable detailed information implies something interesting after all. Who would have thought it?
The first thing you ought to know is that her first name is pronounced "VIA-tree" not "VEE-uh-tricks". You're not the first to get that wrong.

The second thing, she likes waffles.

Viatrix's home planet was discovered by the Romulan Empire in 2199 (Earth reckoning) and its location, its inhabitants, and its existence in general was classified. It remained undiscovered by neighboring powers until the 25th century.

The newly founded Romulan Republic rediscovered Viatrix's home planet in 2409. The Tal'Shiar had been using the world as a massive forced labor camp to exploit its variety of exotic minerals. Viatrix herself started life as a slave (she was born in 2380).

The collapse of the Romulan Empire after the Hobus incident resulted in a complete evacuation of Tal'Shiar agents from the planet. However, they left a world drained of its rare resources.

Shortly after the planet was culled by the Elachi. Viatrix had escaped, and later encountered a Republic vessel. Relations did not start off well. Eventually, she was convinced that the Republic was not like the Tal'Shiar. Viatrix was later offered a chance for revenge which she took after much convincing and free meals (yes, waffles).

Viatrix Inastina, or "Marshal", is now an effective Republic officer, although she displays rogue tendencies at times. She is determined to never be under the heels of anyone again, and gives special attention to those unfortunate enough to be associated with the Tal'Shiar.

As to the name of her people and her planet, Viatrix is a Vuellix (the x is silent on both), from the planet Vueania. There are estimated to be one hundred and twenty survivors, and only fifty are accounted for.

She also likes ratatouille. No, not the movie, the food.
Before you go any further, note that Mona Liazra sounds pretty close to "Mona Lisa" (most famously known to be an earth painting). Is there any significance to this? No. Onto the biography...

Mona Liazra had desired to become joined with a symbiont since childhood, and had spent years preparing. Unfortunately the Symbiosis Commission informed her that she would not be joined as they found her unsuitable. Mona was devastated by the revelation that she did not qualify.

Not fully knowing what to do next, Mona Liazra decided that she would try her hand at a Starfleet career. Her application to Starfleet Academy was accepted, to her surprise. While never destined to be top of the class, she survived all of her semesters and became a Starfleet Officer.

The Klingon War put her, like many young officers, on the fastrack to a command position. Mona had not wanted to become captain but she would not avoid what duty required of her. Now she commands the U.S.S. Imbasa, one of Starfleet's highly capable Pathfinder starships and the perfect fit for her command style.

Despite Mona's accomplishments as a Starfleet Captain, she continues to wonder what life she would be living if she had been eligible for joining.

P.S. - Some of her academy collegues did nickname her "Mona Lisa." Liazra thinks its funny so it's all good.

P.P.S. - Oddly enough she is very fond of Italian cuisine.
Arak'Aetius is a Jem'Hadar.

You want more.

Arak'Aetius is a Jem'Hadar who serves his founders to the utmost of his ability. He has survived all engegments he has participated in thus far (peacekeeping actions within Dominion territory).

You still want more? Very well...

Arak'Aetius is a... we'll move on to the new stuff.

Arak's rage in battle (bar fights included) is infamous among the ranks of the Jem'Hadar. He is considered a liability on any coordinated operation by his Vorta superiors. However, his beserk tendencies are now proving to be useful when combating the Hurq.

That is all there is to tell. Move along.
Recruited by Daniels just before her ship exploded (an unusually common tale among temporal recruits), Namida Aalto is a temporal agent tasked with ensuring the stability of the timeline.

Namida always feels a little out of place in her new and unexpected career. She never could recapture the feeling of being at home like she did in the 23rd century, when she was jumping between stars, not timelines. Now her life is filled with uncertainty about what "stability" really is.

Something as hideously complex as as temporal mechanics does not help things either. When so many things can happen to a time stream (loops, swirls, snow angels), it's a wonder that the universe hasn't imploded yet.

Maybe it already has, and we are the result.

P.S. - I did have a Klingon toon at one point, but it seemed that a character slot deletes with the character, or it did in this one specific instance. I don't remember really, it was a while ago.
