Newbie question on new Fleet Formation

May we ask a Newbie question on new Fleet Formation (sorry, tried to read this Fleet Sub-Forum but could not find answer):

==> IF I start a new Fleet with my Federation Character,

1. Can other players of Klingon faction join my fleet?

2. Can other players of Romulan faction join my fleet?

3. Can the other characters in my own account join my own fleet?
(My other characters are Klingon, Romulan, or Federation).

    Only Federation and Fed-allied Romulans can join a Fed Fleet but you can have as many characters from your account in the Fleet

    There is no crossover. Feds can only join Fed fleets and KDF can only join KDF. It is restrictive as per faction.

    3. Can other players of Romulan faction join my fleet?

    Yes and No. Romulans get to choose what faction (FED or KDF) upon finishing up introductory Romulan missions. After they choose they are locked up as anyone else is.

    4. Can the other characters in my own account join my own fleet?
    (My other characters are Klingon, Romulan, or Federation).

    You can make as many new alternates or account as you like (depending on Lifer,sub or F2P restrcitions) but once you choose faction (FED/KDF) you are locked into it.

    5 To make a new fleet i try with my too whe need oter players to start a new fleet.

    Ok... so as captainterrystar explained, yes you need 5 players. As for the how and where: as a Fed, you need four other people in your TEAM on the same instance on ESD (Earth Space Dock), and you go see a person near the back, where you have the admiral's office (basically, head down and you will see someone that can help you).
