Kobali story arc still broken

Ever since the Kobali arc was sort of upgraded I can't get through it. It appears there is still a hidden assumption on the order of each step for each Act. I do every step, it tells me I passed. But I can't seem to get Act 1 to complete.

I didn't have a problem back in the day - ran seven toons through it with no serious hiccups.

I tried a few months ago, same frustrations. Figured with all the new changes I'd have a chance to finish it on my last two toons. No good.

C'mon Cryptic. I've hung in here since 2011. Please clean this act up. Literally. Clean up the Kobali Acts.

    Guess they need to bring the Kobali..... back from the dead. I'm here all week.

    If I remember correctly, there is a mission or two that you could skip and finish the Kobali Act 1 arc. Look at your Episodes list for the Delta Arc. I bet there is a mission along that path that takes you off of Kobali Prime that you either complete or can skip in order to finsh Act 1.

    I recently played 3 characters though all three arcs, no Problem at all.

    Don't get confused with secondary Quests
    The Main Quests are pretty straight forward

    Act 1 you need to do the missions in order they are listed in the journal. Don't pre-select another mission when you speak to the General or the last one you need won't trigger, and IIRC you need to go to the 1st or 2nd check point. Was a pain, but took me a few hours to finally to get it done.

    I cleared these again to get rid of the Kobali Crisis wrappers several months ago on all of my older characters who already cleared them before the wrappers were in the game and it worked fine. I finished them in the order that they originally came, and that they're listed in the In Progress tab for the wrapper assignments. I couldn't tell you what is going wrong for you, OP.
    This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

    yeah, it's not consistent, you need to pick up a few continuation from the episode list.

    Oh, and I picked them all up from the mission-givers, if that helps at all, rather than the console. All that that contact had to offer at the time all at once.
    This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

    Some of my characters have gone through but I two that cannot go through the Episode. There is something wrong with data recovery mission.
