Ferengi Teeth

A sharp teeth option is shown for Ferengi toons, but I've never been able to get it to work on a Ferengi toon or bridge officer.

Has this option ever worked? A Ferengi without sharp teeth doesn't look quite right...

    Take a look at Quark on DS9. His teeth show clearly, whereas few other Ferengi don't show teeth.

    Ferengi should have visible teeth - like the Gorn.

    I guess my question is, why show them as a configurable option if they don't work?
