Vanguard Environmental Suit

I'm having an issue with this item and support has not yet resolved what I think is an issue. I purchased the Vanguard Enviromental Suit. I received one suit. On that character and all my other alts it still shows available for purchase and it cannot be claimed. Is this item only available for one character for one purchase? If so, shame on Cryptic for not even mentioning that in the description.

    Use claim on the pack.

    If you're referring to the purchase under the 'Items' tab that only includes the EV Suit, then it should a single-purchase deal the way EV Suits in the C-Store always were.
