Game Crashes on Characters in Earth Spacedock

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
All my other characters are fine, but those characters that are located in Earth SpaceDock or attempting to dock there crash the game. Now I have 3 characters I can't play with, simply because every time I load the game on them the game crashes after reaching 97% loading screen.

Any possible solution for that issue?

    Are you using 64 bit?

    yes Windows 7 - 64 bit

    Switch to 32 bit..There are reports that there is an issue with 64 bit..

    WHY?????????? Just change the game to 32 bit from the launcher....

    hmmm now I'm having trouble finding the way to change game to 32 bit from launcher. any clues?

    The check-box is simply not there in the options menu from launcher... strange...

    Salvation4 - The 32-bit option is not visible in our launchers.
    -Fast launch is ticked off
    -Nothing still visible, after the 'logging on' step
    "To baldly go, where no one has gone before"

    yes Fast launch is ticked off.. and still I can't see the 32 bit option.
