DO AWAY WITH ON-DEMAND PATCHING AND SERVER THROTTLING?

As the title suggest and also based on info from another thread where throttling was brought mentioned,

For a YES, it means that it will have everyone on the same patch level in the game thereby reducing the usage of server resources required to patch and play the game at the same time thereby giving better performance also disabling the throttling of the server resources..

For a NO, it means the current system stays in place with more server resources being used to patch while you play thereby degrading performance..

    Xeno there are alot more threads and when I came back I was surprised to see them and the number of threads regarding server issues is going up.. :) This poll was just to get a sense of how many are facing issues and hopefully a dev would look at this..

    I wouldn't say do away with it completely, just have it turned OFF by default.
