Gamma recruits not working?

Just created a new Vanguard Jem'hadar, no symbol on the login screen like with my Delta and Temporal recruits or anything else that makes me think he's more than a normal character. Should I keep playing him or wait for a fix?

    You have to choose a side before you become a Gamma Recruit which is right at the end of the tutorial missions. At least it is better than the Temporal Recruits where you had to do a bunch of missions and leave the 23rd Century before you became a Temporal Recruit.

    For some reason, I'm stuck on choosing the faction I want to join. I press either Starfleet or KDF, and nothing happens! I can't finished the Gamma Recruit Tutorial! DX

    Well, thanks that did it. Now I'm stuck in a loop in the Idrani system, when I leave the system I get the cutscene of Weyoun dispensing ketracel white and then I'm back. Guess I'll have to do it all again. I hope it doesn't break when I transwarp to ESD to switch ships, I transferred all the equipment to my new T6 but forgot to activate and was stuck with the fighter's stuff for the whol tutorial.
