Transfers Between Toons?

PS4 player still new to the game. Currently have 5 toons, 3 Federation, 1 Romulan and 1 Klingon. Main is only rank 30, rest at rank 10 or below.
Looking to see exactly what I can transfer between toons either using a bank account or mail. Or maybe Exchange? So far I see I can transfer most gear, weapons and equipment by mail. I read that I could transfer ECs between characters but I don't see how to do it in the bank. Maybe by using the deposits and withdrawals?
Also, only have 1 slot for a bank account. Is the $10 to buy 10 slots worth it? I seem to have no issues using mail to do most transfers so far.
Most important transfer for me would be refined dilithium. Is that possible to transfer between toons? Is it possible to also transfer boffs between toons?
Just looking for ways to help build up a main and alt with using the other 3 to help out.

Dil: dil exchange. Offer to sell dil (NOT ZEN) at the minimum price of 25 dil for 1 zen. No one will buy it that low so you can switch to your other character, cancel the sale, withdraw the dil.
On PC, mail can only be used for UNbound items. Once one character uses a ground weapon, console, etc. it can only be transferred using the account bank.
Once crafting is available, one of the best ways to help a new alt is give them some crafted Mark II VR gear with one Improved or Superior tech upgrade applied. If using a different character instead of transferring dil, you apply the upgrade but DO NOT upgrade the item. The new character can then take the Mark II gear and upgrade it as they level up.
For creating alts, I'd suggest adding KDF and Romulans now, since later (once it is added) you'll want to create a TOS federation captain to play the TOS Agents of Yesterday episodes and do the Temporal Recruit missions.
Most rates were 400 dil, 300 zen. Not sure exactly what that meant. Said I needed over 100, 000 dil to do it. Of course I didn't have that yet.
I hope 1 day they will allow that opition to work with the account bank to deposit dil as well as EC in it.
Yes, because that is he only way to activate your account bank. otherwise everything ha to go thru the mail, and I'm not sure how you would transfer EC
A few weeks ago the PC got an elite starter pack which had various things in it including shared bank slots at a cost of 1500 zen which is a very good deal.
They not said its coming but they've not said it isnt so until they actually confirm either way it won't hurt to wait a wee bit longer. More time to build your zen as you wait on a services sale.
One tip about buying zen on the exchange, it will dip in the favour of those who want zen fairly soon as console is due a phoenix event. I'm currently guessing it'll go down to around 130-135 per zen. Likewise if you're confident of a gamble sell the zen you have now and buy when it dips in price.
Console is a month or so behind PC which means you can watch the releases and events on there to get an idea of whats coming up in terms of the less advertised things like phoenix.
