Can't Beam Up From Starfleet Academy On My Jem'Hadar

See title. I was able to beam down to Starfleet Academy from the Sol System, but unable to beam back up: There was no dialogue option to transport to Space Dock, Sol System or Sector Space. In the end, I was forced to pay 35K EC to transwarp to a replay of the new mission.

    Same Here i was able to beam to Starfleet Academy also please fix.

    Similar, although i beamed down to DS9, and there's no missions for me to accept :(
    warp plasma can't melt neutronium beams
