What are the console set bonuses for Vanguard abd Cardassian Consoles?

I know the names of the Cardassian ones, but not what they do. The first is Effient Arrays and the Second something about Spiral Wave.

    The community manager said something about adding the info to the blog, but then it never happened.

    Okay looked at the screen shot again the names of the set bonuses are E

    Cardassian Set:

    2 piece: Effient Arrays
    3 piece: Spiral Wave Expertise

    Vanguard Set
    2 piece;?: can't make it out yet.
    3 piece: Anti-Flanking Manuever
    4 piece: For the Founders.

    I don't know what any of these do.
