Can I get some clarififcation, please?

Hello,
I'm a fully-paid 1000-day veteran who has had access to Tribble for years now, and my access suddenly disappeared a few weeks ago. I read an announcement a little while back that said Gold Memberships were going away, and thought maybe that was why I can't get access.

So I posted to the forums, and was rudely shut down by a "Moderator" who didn't bother to even read what I wrote.

I then reached out to "Support", (Ticket #180517-000349) and was told "Please note that there are no subscription conditions in order to access our Public Test Servers", and to reach out to this forum for assistance.

So here we go, Round 3.
Does anybody really know what Tribble access requires, and/or why I am no longer unable to access it?

    Welp, I guess they opened Tribble to everyone...so I guess problem "solved"....after much frustration and zero/contradictory answers from everyone along the way...forums, support, etc...

    I was also rudely shut down, and i also asked when it was gonna be up, and i literally got shut down for just asking.

    Occasionally for larger and more important patches (seasons and expansions) they will make tribble and Redshirt inaccessible to everyone but a handful of invited beta testers.

    Do not post Account issues in General Discussion, they WILL get shut down. If you have account issues or such they go in the Support sub-forums. Gold Memberships ARE NOT going away. NEW Monthly Subscriptions ARE. Lifetime Memberships are not. Currently ACTIVE Monthly Memberships will continue until the User cancels.

    They ALWAYS close off Tribble to non-subs near a major expansion, and reopen it closer to the time.

    And finally, don't assume a Moderator 'rudely shut something down and didn't read what you wrote' or discuss their moderation of such post. That is against forum rules.
