Discovery Uniform/Terran Empire Uniform

I wrote Perfect World about my missed event of the Discovery Uniform, so here I propose a vote that I hope the devs see. I know STO isn't all about playing, "barbie" with their avatars 100% of the time as a community, but I feel it would be a good idea for the devs to consider. Right now there is an event in game where if you run the breach (event) until 3/29 at least 14 times you gain a Voth phase decoy console. Who here thinks that the devs should release another event for Discovery Uniforms along with the Terran Empire Uniforms from Discovery as either a C-Store item to be purchased, an event to be run and earned, or feels that the devs should actually hear that sometimes people miss events because of personal life reasons that make it so they couldn't attend the event. This poll may seem petty to some, but some of us who play have offline responsibilities that take us away from the game. So, my goal is to attract attention to the dev team with support from the community so they can see the importance of not archiving things. Star Trek Discovery is just as much cannon to the Trek Prime Timeline as any other series and much like the game the show is owned by CBS. So, in light CBS makes money on people who want to see Star Trek Discovery with CBS All-Access streaming, so why not make it worth CBS's and Perfect World's while to see if they can't make a few extra dollars, or create another event to celebrate a season 2 of Discovery with some more game content like Uniforms for those who have been playing STO for years and for those whom are new alike. Starfleet has and will always be about integrity, universal-ism and creating an atmosphere that we the playerbase whom are most likely of extreme Trekkies to one degree or another to help promote and contribute to the Star Trek franchise.

Same thing happned to me. Could not get it due to personal reasons. I never miss anything else but this one i did. But there seems to be no plans on getting it to c store or the lobi store. I just think it is very strange.. and sad

I know, I’ve been in and out of the hospital for health issues over the last several months and it’s just sad that there are no alternatives yet.

They need to fix the shiny part of the jacket to match the pants! How hard is it to use the correct color options for the two pieces of the Discovery uniform?!

The first option is really the only feasible one. Making another event is no different than having the first event, players miss it because of real life issues and still can't get the uniform. Putting it in a lock box is, to me, laughable, unless it is also made trade-able on the exchange. Can you imagine the back lash when players spend either real money, a load of dilithium or @5M ec for a key to open a box, and all they get is a uniform unlock, especially one that a huge number of players got for free (and that they themselves likely already have) ?

thanks all for the health wishes I really appreciate it! When life throws you lemons find a new life right? XD nah just kidding, but yeah I hope that this gains enough traction to get the devs attention, since they kinda put me up to it. The way I look at it, this game is one of many that has a great community. We all know to stay away from Zone chat XD hahaha, but I've got an amazing fleet that takes care of me and they are really like family, so this game has impacted my life positively. Makes all that I'm going through easier! I hope many of you guys have found like people from this game as well!

I would pay for these uniforms if they came in a bundle that included the ISS prefix for the Crossfield and Walker class ships. Although I have the Discovery uniform, which still need to be fixed so the pieces use the same colors. It is a nice uniform. Hopefully they get the colors sorted out soon.

While your at it. Get them to throw in MU bundle with those dang prefixes. (I.S.S. & I.R.W.) and the MU pattern paint textures (both gold & red).

Yes, please! I have wanted the I.S.S. prefix for my Walker Class since I bought it off of the Exchange and I want it for the Crossfield I never bothered to crack after learning the prefix isn't included.
