Fleet provision admiral to admiral anyway to change ?
I Demoted my fleet leader by misstake someone took leadership and made me provision admiral he Demoted himself gave me leadership back but its still provision admiral not plan admiral does this matter or can i get back admiral is then provision admiral thanks for any help

You will automatically move from Provisional to regular leader in 2 weeks. There are restrictions on a Provisonal leader that you will just have to wait out.
Those restrictions are:
Provisional Leaders:
New Leaders are considered Provisional for 2 weeks after they are promoted to Leader.
Provisional Leaders have all Leader Powers except Kick or Rescue.
Provisional Leaders can be kicked instantly by any "non-flagged" or "non-provisional" Leader.
The Fleet Creator is not considered Provisional when the Fleet is first formed. He or she is a full Leader with full Kick/Rescue privileges.
Since you are sole leader, these shouldn't be any issue. There might be an issue with joining or leaving an Armada while you are Provisional, but I'm not certain of that.
