A worrying trend of players falsely reporting others of spam to get that player a Auto 24 hour ban.

Dear fellow Trekies and STO players. We have been getting some very worrying reports of groups of players targeting individuals by falsely reporting them for spam which can result in a Auto 24 hour chat ban but what is even more worrying is the fact that if they keep falsely reporting players for spam it can then end up as an account suspension or even a permanent Ban even though the player who has been banned is the victim in all of this. Now it has come to the point where these individuals are Hounding, Trolling and outright abusing the system for there own gains and we believe it's time the comunity found out who these players are and that they have there accounts banned as this is totally unexeptable on every level and an abuse of the highest order. They have worked out how to abuse the system and will aggressively attack anyone they do not see fit to play the game and this group of players are starting to think that they own STO and that they can do as they please with no punishment at all and with impunity to others and we believe it is now the time to expose this group of players and to get them out of the game ASAP before they cause any more harm to STO and our comunity, We stand side by side with Cryptic on this matter and we are hoping they will look into this serious matter ASAP as this is a very serious matter indeed and we belive that if this group can continue with this abuse the game will just loose even more players than we have lost already and we do belive that this group is responsible for a very large part of our comunity leaving STO because they felt they could not fight back against this group. But what this group didn't excpect is a comunity of long standing players who have been playing the game since Beta to fight back and expose these players for the highest abuse possible on STO. To falsely accuse players of spam to get that player muted for 24 hours is just plain wrong but to then continue to the point of getting our comunity accounts banned is just not on and a very very serious matter indeed. And this could happen to any of us that they do not like. Cryptic we are here side by side with you and we know you will see these crimes as the highest order of abuse but they are exploiting the game we love and are putting you on the firing line when they do abuses like this as it is you who has to take the flak when something as serious as this gets exposed. They have no respect for the comunity and they surely don't have no respect for you if they are doing what they are doing and thinking tey can carry on regardless. Now we can give you accounts to check and handles for evidence against these abusers and we hope you will reply to our open letter asap so we can get this matter sorted out before they ruin any other innocent players account.
