the bridge officer specialization manual are dif from the ps4 to the p c from what I see in officer training school the pc has the abilty to make the spec. manuals were the ps4 doesn't have, the ps4 can only make reg training manuals not sure how to add pic to posts on this but when I compare a u tube video of the officer training school from the pc to the ps4 it is very dif from what I see there isn't much info how to make the spec manuals on the ps4

    Are you talking about those manuals to train BOFFs in a Specialization???
    Like to make a BOFF with Pilot Specialization or a BOFF with Temporal Specialization?

    I believe your Captain has to have a certain number of POINTS filled out in that Specialization "tree" before it is unlocked. You have all those points filled in?

    You could, also, see if someone is selling them on the Exchange.

    OK...quick check on Wiki: Specialization Qualifications can be crafted by the player after having spent 10 points in the respective Captain Specialization. As ingredients, they require a PADD as well as the 8 manuals of the 4 space + 4 ground abilities it gives access to (purchasable at the officer trainer).

    i found the info on it ty for help. Is there missions were you can earn those Captain Specialization pnts without having to fill the bar

    Experience points = Specialization Points after your captain becomes Level 60... XP come from doing missions. So, whatever content gives you the most XP is what you need to look for.

    I am a DOFFer...so I get the most XP from Admiralty.

    You can, also, ask a friend to make them for you and send it to you in mail. My Fleet Leader did that for me with a few of them....we used the fleet bank, though.
