I already own the JHAS and I want my jem hadar to fly it but I dotn have 1,5 BIL or the funds of opening 1k promo packs

    While I'd love to have this ability, it wont happen because those super rare ships are Cyptic's cash cow

    Not unless they start charging $15 a month to play like FF XIV and WoW, plus $20+ for each new content pack.

    So it's not going to happen. Lock box sales keep the lights on and pay the voice actors, writers, artists and developers.

    I'm fine with that. I prefer STO's very generous F2P model to SWTOR's stingy one and having to pay for story content in others.
