in Star Trek Online General Discussion
When the Combat/Hyper-Impulse Engines say the speed scales with the ships power levels, does it mean the base power (the one that always adds up to 200) or the actual power (the one affected by skills, traits, ect)?

    Actual power levels. You go faster with more power, regardless of source, and Hyper might scale a hair better with more power.
