Or Atlas?
Or the Vengeance?
Either way there should be builds at STOAcademy.com

For killing things the Vengeance.
The Atlas has a very nice universal console for boosting damage output. And if you get a 2nd console of that set; you get a +33% damage bonus to pha/dis/plasma. Two of the 4 consoles can be gotten fairly cheap from the 'not my faction' reward box on the exchange.
Battlecruisers: I’d say the Presidio over the Concorde, that Lt.Commander Tac slot is helpful. I do like these ships even if the Inspiration mechanic got nerfed and Command powers are so-so, they turn well and can do dual cannons. If you have the full set of consoles, they work well together.
Miracle Workers: MW powers are kinda ‘meh’ and the ships are very tanky. The random power you get every so often can be helpful but it’s just luck to get the one you want when you want it. I’d say the Tucker over the Daystrom. Again the LTC Tac slot and the trait and console are the better ones of those ships. If you want a very tanky ship, chose these.
Chronos Temporal Dread: Probably the most powerful ship here overall. The Molecular Reconfiguration gives nice options to play-styles. Fastest turn rate of any of your choices. This ship’s console is the worst of the set, imo. The Temporal set of ships is unique in that all factions can use it, so if you have a Romulan or KDF, they can fly it as well.
T6 Flagships: I like them a lot, they are very versatile ships. Plus they are the flagships of the Fed so very Feddie if ship style is what you want. On this set, if I had to choose one I’d choose the Sci one this time, the “Yorktown” version. With the LTC universal seat you can still get access to rank 3 tac skills and it still can get access to Rank 3 Sci powers like Grav Well, which I like using w/o putting a Sci in the Universal slot. So I can have GW and run 5 Tac powers where the Tac Flagship would only have 3 Tac powers if you wanted to use GW. But for pure firepower the Tac version has the better Trait, Console and more tac console slots. So it’s a hard choice. Depends on how you want to play it.
Yamato Dread: Its OK. If you just love the Galaxy X, then this is the one for you. But you’ll end up wanting to buy the T5 dread or Defiant for the Cloaking Device and the Galaxy for the Saucer Separation so you can do all the nifty things its capable of! Spinal Lance is so-so unless you put a lot of work into getting phasers buffed up. Command Powers can be useful but are not going to be a deciding factor in battles. Also a downside to the Command Battlecruisers. While not as sleek as the other ships, this will get the job done.
Conclusion:
If I had to choose just one for beating the Borg. I would have to say the Chronos. The Molecular Reconfiguration with Cruiser Command “Weapon System Efficiency” and having a hanger of decent fighters and great turn rate for a big ship and able to mount dual cannons makes it very able to kills stuff. Downsides are that it’s console is the worst of the Temporal Set, the trait is only good if you like doing Exotic damage. Temporal powers got nerfed pretty good so you’ll probably not use them so kinda defeats the idea of the temporal ships, but you’ll just use normal powers instead in its nice Boff seat layout. Got LTC seats for TAC and SCI so plenty of options to go along with the Molecular Reconfiguration.

The reason I ask is because if you're still flying with the same setup you had in your other thread then you're likely going to be disappointed by any ship you buy. I'm not trying to be snide or anything, please don't take it that way, I just don't want to see you purchase a ship with expectations that will not be met.
In STO, buying new ships is not a good way to get more powerful.. it helps a little bit, but it's really the build that matters most.
the standard tactic for slow-turning ships is to circle your prey so that all of your beams can strike it on your broadside.
If ya get one of the bigger ones, use an RCS or two.
Get an Eclipse, it's large but nimble and as an intel vessel, it's one of the best
