Free uniform?

I got a message when I signed up, that I have the Wrath of Khan uniform for free.
I have tried everything I could think of at the taylors, but they still want money.
What am I missing?

    Its probably referring to the actual Khan outfit from Wrath of Khan, which is in the Off Duty section. Also comes with Khan's hairstyle.

    If you have it, look at the promotions (or Personnel?) page of the C-store. You'll have to Claim it before you can use it.
