Enemy faction Bridge Officer's uniform

I do apologize if this is the wrong place/way to ask, but.
I finally enlisted an enemy faction BOff (diplomacy lvl 4 achievement) for my FED captain and I've discovered that she only comes with KDF uniform options. The BOff is listed as a Starfleet officer on my BOffs list, but the only uniform options are either KDF or cross-faction ones like the Intel set. My question is: how do I change her clothes to a standard Starfleet uniform? Is it even possible?
All my BOffs have the standard Odyssey uniforms as per in-game Starfleet regulations and it bothers me that she doesn't. If I can't get her to wear something Starfleet, I'll dismiss her and I don't really want to do that.
