in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Eye Iris color pallet missing when commissioning new BOFF. when you have head selected under eye color second color or center of eye only shows recent colors if you use the selection above character model only block shows for second color.

    Update appears related to Betazoids it seems only black is listed or color picker is not working for that BOFF race

    That would be because ALL Betazoids have black eyes. It is cannon and working as intended.​​
