Fleet Veteran Dilithium Refiner

Any chance we could get a Veteran Dilithium Refiner at either the fleet dil mine or star base? It would be nice not to have to go to Star Fleet Academy all the time just for that mission.

You would still have the cultural exchange missions to attract people to the academy, its not like it'll suddenly become a ghost town.

    I dunno why they don't unlock the extra refining automatically when you are a lifetime sub and in a fleet with the perk instead of the long TRIBBLE way it's been done having a guy to visit both times. Surely having an unlock rather than 2 NPC's in the game would be less programming and thus less weight on the game engine.
