Help! Not able to choose renegade officer.

Hello

I have the Marauder commendation on my KDF Orion. I received the quest "Renegade Officer". When I go to Kazzgur the choices are all greyed.out. I have space in my inventory and space on my bridge officer roster. Is there some step I'm missing or is this a bug?

    I solved the problem. I had inventory and roster space but I had 15 officer candidates which is the limit for me. Once I got rid of one of them, I could get the new Bridge Officer and complete the mission.
