Player Freezing When Changing Maps

This is new today. When attempting to change maps, my ship/character freezes. Maps do not change, and my character/ship is immobilized. When I was traveling through space, I could work around it by logging out and in again, but after beaming to DS9 I am now stuck.

    Yes, I have 4 toons. One in First City, two on Drozana and one in Sol System. Not a one can change zones. The one in SOL can't transwarp.

    Click the button to change I get a screen change graphics sometimes like it's going to change, then that stops and they are right there in the same zone. Other times it locks their movement up all togethger. I have to change character and come back in to let them move about in the zone.
    The transwarp does absolutely nothing. No graphics change no zone change.

    This coincides with the horrible lag. My entire computer locked up once. I had to hard boot, close everything out. Delete ARC and reinstall it. Then I could get back into the server. When I did, it mirror copied a .DLL file. I didn't get the chance to write down which one.

    I am also experiencing this issue. When I try to transport out of anywhere it doesn't allow me, it does the camera turn as if I am about to transport but the animation never appears and go right back to where I was before. I have never experienced this before and have no idea on how to fix it.

    The game is basically unplayable for me in its current state, I cant even leave Drozana!

    Edit: I have tried both force verify and safe login yet nothing I try appears to be working.

    3/3 0840 eastern the server is still unplayable.

    Yeah, still cant do anything out of a single map!

    I am both so glad it was not just me and sorry the rest of you have this problem too.
    Here is hoping this gets fixed soon.

    This seems to say reinstalling worked, yes? I'm going to try that. I periodically uninstall and reinstall STO anyway, and I'm due.

    I'm honestly surprised it's gone on this long. I know it's the weekend, but usually when something this serious goes wrong, the devs are right on it.

    issue has been happening to me as well, all my toons. I didn't know bout this post, so i posted in another one. Something definately broke map transitioning. Can't beam out, can't transwarp, join STE's, PVP etc. just stuck in whatever groundside map your toon happens to be in. It's like Q said, "folks didn't pay me enough attention during the anniversery, so I'm disabling transporters and transitions..."
