I tried play-testing my foundry mission, and no matter where I start the mission, I cannot get into the beginning of the mission. Am I doing something wrong, or is that a normal bug to prevent my play-testing?
You mean in preview mode? Map Transfers are disabled in preview mode, you can test each map individually but to test the whole project you need to publish a "test" version.

Well, ran into a wall... found out the Foundry doesn't support multiple paths (was wanting to make a bad, a sudden, and a continuing (good) arc. Any advice, cause I won't be able to continue the idea.

It is possible to use some dialog options or objectives to trigger the presence of dialog options later in the project (Such that you can have something correspond to "Bad choice" later reflecting character reactions noting that choice.) But these can't be made to track between maps of the same project. You could then concentrate these choices and consequences to the very end of the project to do this (apparently) seamlessly. Or (worst case) you give players labeled dialog options so they can continue their arcs between maps and even between missions in the series (also including a none-of-the-above option to accommodate new players who've stumbled in mid-way.)
It's complicated but it can be done with a bit of hand waving (for a full arc.) The more integral you make these choices, the more waving you have to do.

This sounds like the confusion that I'm having. When I hit the "Play From Beginning Of Story" button, going through my first "door" just sends me back to sector space where I started from.
