How to re-claim the temporal negotiator?

My temporal negotiator is gone. Just like that. Dissapeared from my ship and my inventory. But i thought that, you could go to the temporal agent and re-claim it. But when i go to him, there is nothing to claim.

So, is this the way it works? if you lose the temporal negotiator, you cant re-claim it? i could swear that i did that with other characters of my account time ago.

    I have one specific character that happens to be a Temporal Recruit that cannot reclaim this either. I never had any problem with Delta Recruits or non-Recruit characters in the past but this character does seem to be screwed.

    I have a fleet mate that lost his and is still waiting for support to do anything about it a year later... apparently yyou lose it yer boned

    Mine always stays in my current ship that I'm flying. Not sure how it could just disappear. But with computers, anything can happen, I've seen that too.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    I've not tried it myself, but does it not appear in the reclaim tab of the dilithium store, like prolonged engagement phasers and and a few other things?
