and no, the console would not be enhanced ether. the enhanced consoles are just them adding the stat boosts the t-5 don't have to the t-5 console for the t-6 version. the carrier already has that.

The Raider is the last of the Upgrades. Next year will be/should be a completely different ship. They do not revisit old event ships other than in the Phoenix Boxes. And bear in mind, the Account Unlock is for acutally being there at the event and doing it. Something that didn't used to happen in the early years.
No one knows. But if Cryptic didn't offer extra / old projects to you for this event then they probably won't in later ones either.

Odds are you'll either get them while PC gets something new, or there will be an alternate method to get them.
That means they are finally going to release new T6 Ships in the Winter Event this year at least. Breen ships anyway or something different because it would be nice to see another race that strives in cold climates or that act like they do, like the Breen.
As mentioned, the Phoenix box is your only avenue. For the Console, they may run the event for the remaining T6 ships. I have an issue with those that say they are being 'punished' by Cryptic. It's not Cryptic's fault that people weren't playing during the inital events those ships ran for, and at least there is now an avenue to earn the ship.
I agree with this. Also people who chose not to run in particular years when the ships were offered (this is what I did). That's their own fault and not Cryptic's. You want the ship? Run for it. Fly for it. Do the FE/Omega game for it. Or buy the darn vouchers.

There is still a Sci, Escort and Destroyer options available for Breen for future events. We've had a Cruiser, Carrier, Raider and Dreadnaught.
Except.....for the fact Dev's have said 'No T7's in the long term future' already and recently as the week before Christmas.
Dropping the Mac client I will admit falls on Cryptic. Your computer dying is your computer. My desktop died back in October and I still don't have it back. I was forced to do the races on my laptop, which barely runs the game for long enough for me to run the two races every morning before it starts freezing on me. But I did it and have the current ship on both accounts.
I'm sorry Cryptic dropped Mac, I can't imagine why since I'm not a tech head at all.

Anyway, not gonna be much STOing till the Anniversary. I'll probably be forced to attempt that on the laptop too.
The Mac client used a packaging library + emulation software (WINE) to run on Mac OS X, but the people who made that library stopped supporting it. That caused 2 problems:
No updates to support newer versions of OS X
No updates to support the newer DirectX graphics libraries that Cryptic used for the graphics update
It would cost too much money for Cryptic to build a real, native OS X application since Macs have 1/20th the market of Windows PCs. It would also cost too much money for Cryptic to try to build their own packaging library for WINE even if WINE adds working DirectX 9 support.
They allowed slotting the 2 T5 Breen ships only once, the year the Sarr Theln was offered. That was also the year they switched to making the event ships account-wide unlocks instead of single-character. They have not allowed slotting any older ships in new events since then, just completing projects you slotted during the original event.
After that they then switched the tokens to being year-specific, because people were doing the events on a second character so that next year they did not need to run the race / hunt / sky race at all and they got the ship instantly.
Ummm.... Are you saying that it is Cryptic's fault that your PC died? Or that Cryptic is responsible for purchasing you a new PC because you did not do so on your own?
The Sarr Theln was the 2014 Winter Wonderland Event Ship. Cryptic did not end support for Mac OS until February 2016. That would be after the 2015 Winter Wonderland Event ended.
